Be scrutinize carefully with your thinking. Judge should consider in accord with the presentation of two sides by their lawyers. Do you think, the clients and their lawyers present the real matters and facts, 100% truth. Before court, they appear to lie after oath for their evil success. So judgement is a solution for the justice as much as possible regarding the records of cases including witness' oral evidence and documentary evidence, and also exiting laws. Talking about others sitting at beside is the easiest way in the world. Be a wiser. You all should find who is real victim, and what's weak of the provisions, and whose responsibility. Don't interrupt the judiciary system and don't do to be popular. If you do, you destroy not only the importance of the judicial role but also the rule of law.
Mentions by one side are used by pleaders and legal officers for their job. Judges don't use matters stated by one person. They hear both sides and consider what is right or what is wrong in conformity with provisions. Judges stand at the middle for justice. Complainants or accused or defendants, all are public so that don't distinguish the status of clients. Don't think, the person who sent the letter to you will be a real vicitm.
